Excellent place, excellent staff, good food. Will stay there again.

The place was beautiful. Fully grown trees with owls in them. I loved seeing the owls. Great place and location.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard and pillows were too big to sleep on. But on request they changed our pillows. Would really appreciate if they make bedding a little more comfortable.

Excellent location, clean and simple reasonably priced hotel

There is big tree in the property with bats. The noise from the bats is bit disturbing during day and night. We saw snake in the property which was scary. There was smell coming from the toliets.

beautiful resort, a hidden gem. very peaceful. the bungalow, the bar and the pool. stunning. they upgraded our room for us too which was a bonus but really enjoyed our weekend here!

the kiddy pool wasn’t the safest. some pieces of the tiles and flooring were broken. dangerous for kids to swim in

The whole layout, no high-build, green gardens, wildlife and pool.

The hard bed. It's quite noisy, you can hear people talk next door. The sounds in the garden from the wildlife can be loud during the night.

The place is so beautiful and cozy. I would spend whole day there if I hadn’t got the plans.

Around 4am there is very loud bird noise. Doesn’t bother me as a late sleeper but my family complained.

The rest was as planned, quiet and relaxing.

A good selection of both European breakfasts and local dishes with excellent service. The staff was polite and prudent. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, located near the massage salon, convenience store, currency exchange offices, restaurants, and across the street there are several bars - everything you might need. Despite this, the hotel is really quiet and there are a lot of plants, if you are lucky you will see squirrels climbing on palm trees :)

I can not find something that needs a noticeable improvement. However, it is possible to feed the local cats that appear occasionally - they are completely unobtrusive and adorable!

Overall was a pleasant experience, would have been better if communication had been easier.

Good for a relaxed holiday

Language issue when talking to the staff in English. But would like to mention Ms Thasa, who was extremely helpful and courteous. Willing to do an extra bit to help us and keep us happy. She is an asset to your property.

i will never stay in this property in the future.

We have used this property only for the night sleep and morning breakfast. The worst part is that when we got up in the morning, we went for breakfast at 6.50am and there was only one person was standing. when we asked for the breakfast, he said that he is alone and it takes time. he didn't even smile at us. at least he could have told that the breakfast will be after 7am. then, we sat there and he started putting the table mat etc and said again that he is alone and will take more time. then he gave us the menu card to chose the food and again he was very unpolite and rudely told that only 4 items available. at 7.10am, one lady came, but she didn't even came to us and just went inside and her face also was not having any smile. finally, we got our food at 7.20am and the food was not at all good.

The restaurant person in the morning was not at all good for the guest. kept on saying that he is alone I will never stay again in this property

Very nice staff.

Very nice staff. Good location and easy to get to public transportation. Clean rooms

No breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean but staying there for 4 days I don’t think my sheets were changed at all. Because of the trees and location bugs, lizards and roaches entered my room daily.

Surprisingly nice garden place, amazing staff and very nice touch with hats at the pool. Room was clean and nicely decorated.

Amount of chemicals in the pool. Would be nice If hotel will take as example new Marriott policy (salted water) and also clean pool area from fallen leafs. Food at the restaurant was ok. But just ok. I would pay a little bit extra to see grilled chicken in Caesar salad instead of little pieces of bacon.

How has Let’s Hyde Pattaya got 4 stars? ????

Swimming pool surrounded with trees was good.

There is nothing to talk about. I can’t understand how the hotel got 4 stars. Rooms are dirty, furnishings are older than dinosaurs, an air conditioner was all covered with duct tape, room cleaning service was very bad (each time my room was cleaned - duvet cover had never been changed), little bottles of shampoo had never been renewed. Moreover my Deutsch neighbors often made very loud noise from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. and nobody of the staff dealt with that. They also smoked outside and the smoke produced always got into my room. The swimming pool was nice though. I could give Let’s Hyde Pattaya 2 stars MAXIMUM and rate it 3/10.
